Challenging clients and colleagues are part and parcel in today’s hectic, fast paced environment.

People are more stressed than ever before and when tension isn’t dissolved, it comes out sideways - usually via harsh words, frosty responses.

Intellectually you understand this, but it doesn’t stop the behaviour and attitude of others jarring your day. And what about the forecast? The figures need to meet, they must be exceeded each quarter. Whatever the reason, the thought and experience of having to have ‘the figures are down’ conversation is never pleasant - especially if it’s in a cramped, stuffy, windowless room - the tension is palpable.

I get it. I’ve been there. Many times. I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the digital marketing and comms industry working with clients including Nestle, P&G, GSK, Unilever, Diageo and ford motor company.

I understand pressure. I know what it’s like to experience tension in a way it has a physical and emotional impact. I’ve cried in loos before a pitch, never worn a once favourite dress again because of the bad memories of a particularly intense client meeting, I squinted my eyes closed as I’ve opened my inbox, had full blown arguments with my internal critic during a meeting with my CEO and been on the receiving end of a tirade from a ‘passionate’ creative because a piece of work wasn’t approved.

It’s these (and a million other similar situs) which led me to mindfulness meditation and coaching. It’s why I’ve created meditation audios. You see I wanted to change. I knew there had to be a better way, where I wasn’t internally lurching most days. Turns out, there is!

I work with organisations, c-suite execs and private clients, sharing techniques which are uniquely tailored to the meet their specific needs. My approaches are simple, mindful and effective. They can be used whenever, wherever and will enable you to respond rather than react. To observe with objectivity and calmness (basically not taking it personally and reacting consequently… a difficult email, doesn’t become a tricky morning which then spins into a crap day), to enable you to approach life with the mindset you desire in order to make positive changes.
